The Service is an informational website operated by QiPrest and dedicated

to the board game Domino Futebol Clube ("DFC"). Through the Service, You may

view information about the game, browse related content, and find a link to

a community group chat hosted on WhatsApp, a Third-Party Platform not owned

or operated by the Company.

The Service does not offer user accounts, user registration, or the ability

to post, upload, or share user-generated content. The Service does not

process payments, sell products, accept donations, or offer any form of

crowdfunding, membership, or subscription.

Third-Party Platform: WhatsApp Group Chat

The Service may advertise or link to a community group chat hosted on

WhatsApp. This Third-Party Platform is operated by a third party and is not

owned, controlled, or operated by the Company.

By joining or using the WhatsApp group chat, You acknowledge and agree

that:

* Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms of service and

privacy policy, and not by these Terms.

* The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the

content, conduct, availability, or privacy practices of the WhatsApp

group chat or any of its participants.

* Any information You share within the WhatsApp group chat is visible to

other participants and is not collected, stored, or processed by the

Company as part of the Service.

* The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to moderate or

remove the link to the group chat from the Service at any time.

We encourage You to review WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy before

joining the group chat.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original Content (excluding Content provided by

third-party platforms), including but not limited to text, graphics,

images, logos, the "Domino Futebol Clube" name and associated branding, and

game-related materials, are and will remain the exclusive property of

QiPrest and its licensors.

The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both

Brazil and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be

used in connection with any product or service without the prior written

consent of QiPrest.

Nothing in these Terms grants You any right, title, or interest in the

Content, other than the limited right to view the Service for personal,

non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

No User Accounts or User-Generated Content

provide functionality for users to submit, post, or share content. Any
